do you know any diets or anything to help me lose weight... i drink a lot of green tea which i hear is supposed to make you lose weight.. i go to the gym 5-7 times a week (i try to go everyday but) and i try to eat right but i can lose weight like ill lose maybe 2 or 3 pounds but then i gain it back so i really dont know what else to do im 148 and 5'4 and my goal is to be 125 at the most... help?
oolong tea is actually better for weight loss i also recommend mate tea, it has a lot of caffeine, and helps suppress appetite. also, what you’re gaining is muscle probably so don’t freak too much. i’m 5’2 and am at 139, wanting to go down quite a bit. focus on your eating, set a cal. limit for the day, and say that you’ll burn half of it off working out. be careful, sorry if this didn’t help. xoxo
